Educational Qualifications:
- Deputy General Manager (Vigilance): MBA or PG in relevant fields with 60% marks and 10 years of experience.
- Assistant Manager (Vigilance): MBA or PG with 60% marks and 2 years of relevant experience.
- Management Trainee (HR, Quality Control, Electrical): Relevant postgraduate qualifications in HR, Agriculture, or Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Trainees (Various Posts): A variety of qualifications ranging from a B.Sc. in Agriculture to ITI/Diploma in relevant trades, with a minimum of 55%-60% marks.

- Deputy General Manager: Max 50 years
- Assistant Manager: Max 30 years
- Management Trainees and other Trainee Posts: Max 27 years
